International law of development and the international legal order: the problem of methodology

May 19, 2015 a regular meeting of the methodological seminar was held at the National University “Odessa Law Academy.” A report “International law of development and the international legal order: problems of methodology” was made by Nataliya Yakubovskaya – a member of the Center for International Law and Justice, Associate Professor of the Department of International Law and International Relations.

In her speech Nataliya highlighted a number of issues relating to the concept of international law of development, taking into account the realities of the functioning of a modern international legal order.

Report made by Nataliya has prompted a lively discussion, which was attended not only by representatives of the science of international law.
